Every UK property has a number that should make sense. Yield, cashflow, BMV %, ICR, return on capital. Most portals show you the price and stop. We score the listings every night, surface the answer above the fold, and let you compare deals like a professional in seconds.

Why Dwelfy exists

Most property platforms optimise for sellers and agents. The listing format, the photography priority, the “guide price” copy — all of it is designed for the person letting go of an asset.

Dwelfy optimises for the person writing the cheque. UK property investors evaluating yield, cashflow, and BMV. And the homebuyer wondering if a place is fair-priced — they can paste a listing URL into our free Check tool and get the same investor-grade verdict in seconds. Same listings, completely different lens.

We're a small team building this in public. The product is early — so are we — and we'd rather under-promise on the marketing page and let the calculator and scoring do the talking.

Same data, better lens

We use the same Rightmove, Zoopla, Land Registry, EPC, Ofsted feeds as everyone else. The product is what we do with them.

Free where it counts

The core scoring, paste-URL verdict, and basic alerts are free forever. Pay only when you've outgrown them.

Our sources

Every number on a Dwelfy listing comes from public data. No private MLS, no off-market feeds — same inputs as every other portal, processed differently.
